70s travertine coffee table in the manner of Angelo Mangiarotti

Angelo Mangiarotti is mostly known by his stone tables designed for Up&Up in Italy. And mostly he is known from his round, softened stone with tapered legs. Though these tables are amazingly beautiful he also had a line of coffee and dining tables with very straight lines in the early 1970s.

This line is recognizable by the details in the tables. For example this specific 120cm coffee table with straight hard lines shows great detail in corners and the small line between tabletop and the sidestrokes in Travertine. Therefore we attribute this table to Mangiarotti, specially because none of his designs where labeled in those years.
