Bernard Vuarnesson has an engineering degree from Ecole Supérieure du Bois (university college of wood) and a civil engineering degree from the Conservatoire National des Art. From 1975 to 1980, Bernard Vuarnesson and his wife Ariane participated in projects to create playgrounds for collective spaces at the Camondo School of Interior Architecture in Paris. From 1982 onwards, Bernard mainly devotes himself to creating a line of interior furniture that offers new functions at any time through modular systems.

The Hexa coffeetable was designed about 1987 by Bernard Vuarnesson for the Italian manufacturer Bellato. The table is made from Iroko wood with black and white laminated tops. This model has a total of 6 tops/drawers that can be positioned in different ways. A dynamic and practical table with beautiful design details. The table is in a good vintage condition consistent with age and use.
